it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My beginning and advanced band students have a true passion for learning music. From the day I first met them they showed that curiosity and interest towards wind and percussive instruments. The band program has three beginning band classes and an advanced band. The need for instrument repair, instruments, and materials such as mouthpieces and reeds for both beginning and advanced band is there.
The mouthpieces, instruments and reeds are vital and needed in their musical journey as young musicians.
Giving them the complete and functional instruments they would take home to practice and grow, possibly changing the trajectory of their future.
