Help me give my students differentiated, hands-on, visually appealing materials that are designed to meet their needs like the LED Light Panel, Magna-Tiles, Rainbow Pebbles and more!
I have worked in education for over twenty years and serve students ages three-five. We work with many students who require specially designed services, as well as typically developing peers. We provide our students with hands-on learning experiences that are specially designed to meet their needs. Our vision is to, "create a partnership with families, districts, and communities that creates a lifetime of learning through meaningful play experiences, creative thinking, and problem-solving opportunities to build a foundation essential to the unique development of each and every child." Within our program, we provide the following support services that help the unique and individual needs of every child: speech and language, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social/emotional support, vision, and hearing, etc. We also support many families that come from an economic disadvantage. We do this by providing our students with as many hands-on, fun-filled learning activities as possible.
My students are ready to learn and are full of energy.
They deserve the absolute best, and I will always work towards providing them with nothing less. I am requesting an LED Light Panel, Magna-Tiles, Rainbow Pebbles and more! Special needs preschool students learn best when provided with differentiated, hands-on, visually appealing materials. The donations to this project will help to improve understanding of social/emotional development, pre-academic skills, and will help to improve fine motor function. I will use these materials to teach both large and small group lessons, as well as to support student’s individual needs. All of the materials you see here already have a place in our classroom; meaning, my team has already planned for how, when, and where, these materials will be used. We just need your help in achieving this!
