My Project
In Strube’s Superheroes Classroom, my 24 incredible third graders embody what it means to be HEROES—Helpful, Encouraging, Responsible, Optimistic, Empathetic, and Strong. They thrive in a collaborative, engaging environment where curiosity and kindness go hand in hand. To support their growth, I’d use a $500 TPT gift certificate to bring in high-quality, research-backed resources that align with our dynamic curriculum and SEL focus.
Here’s how these resources would empower my students:
Differentiated Math Centers (Eureka Squared aligned) – Hands-on games and tasks to build confidence in problem-solving.
Engaging Literacy Packs (CLKA Reading support) – Interactive comprehension tools and creative writing prompts to foster a love for reading.
SEL & Classroom Community Kits (Kimochis/Ninja Life Hacks extensions) – Activities to reinforce resilience, teamwork, and emotional awareness.
Science & Social Studies Supplements (Mystery Science & Impact Social Studies) – Immersive projects and experiments to spark critical thinking.
HERO-Themed Classroom Tools – Motivational rewards, growth mindset displays, and collaborative group challenges.
Every resource will be chosen to meet diverse learning needs, celebrate progress, and make learning an adventure. My students deserve materials that match their potential—and with your support, we’ll make that happen!
