High Interest/Low Level Reading Materials

My students need 32 high-interest/low-level reading books, including "Un Trabajo Sin Futuro = Dead End Job", "Overdrive" and "Sticks and Stones".

This project is fully funded

I teach College Literacy, a reading course, to ninth grade students in a low-income neighborhood. The school where I work does not have many resources for struggling readers and does not have the funds to purchase new materials.

Many of my students are several years behind grade level in reading and because of this do not enjoy reading. They need high-interest books written at their level to avoid frustration when reading, which could cause them to dislike reading more.

I need high-interest/low-level reading materials to add to my classroom library for my students who have difficulty reading. I'm hoping these books will foster a love of reading in them and encourage them to read more often.

Your assistance will provide my students with the materials they need to succeed in my course and in their lives in general.
