High Interest Books for Struggling Readers

Help me give my students who are reading at lower levels some high quality, high interest books!

FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Kimzey's classroom raised $406

My Project

My third grade students LOVE reading, even the ones who are behind due to pandemic learning gaps. One of the problems I'm facing with our class library is that our lower level books are geared toward students much younger than mine.

My lower level readers are still engaged and excited, but I need help to keep them engaged!

Thankfully, there are publishers out there who are publishing lower level books for higher grade students. I just need help from generous folks to help acquire more of these high quality, high interest books at accessible levels for my students. We need mysteries, imaginative fiction, and exciting non-fiction for reading units we have coming up in our curriculum.

Your donation will help to get us 40 new books for our classroom library.
