Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a result of the pandemic I have seen too many students dependent/addicted to screens whether their phone, computer or gaming system and many have lost the joy of reading to learn new things. I have selected several teen level cookbooks, How to Draw Books, Sports books and high interest books - Guinness Book of World Records and Ripley Believe it or Not - to promote learning new skills and reading just for fun. My goal would be less screen time and more reading & family time. Thank you for considering this project.
