This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Professional Learning Community would like to learn more High-Impact Teaching Strategies via a common PD. Many of us come to the group with different levels of experience and teaching backgrounds. As a team we would like to learn together to get on the same page especially around instruction. Working with the coaching expert, Jim Knight, to help calibrate our team so we have a common language, common goals and objectives, and common strategies. This would help our group focus and work smarter not harder! It takes awhile to gel in the beginning of the year and we thought this would help us start quicker and smarter!
