My Project

In my special education classroom, many students face challenges with emotional regulation, focus, and behavior. To help them succede, they need tools that support self-awareness and provide healthy ways to manage big feelings.

This project includes journals focused on mindfullness, gratitude, anger management, and mood tracking.

These resources will allow students to express themselves, reflect on their emotions, and develop coping skills in a private, structured way.

By supporting this project, you're helping students build emotional resilience and develop habits that will support their success both in school and in life.
