This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a new speech-language pathologist working with energetic and curious Pre-K students, I am building a classroom from the ground up. My students are at a critical age for developing speech and language skills that will set the foundation for future academic and social success. The materials I’ve selected will help target early communication skills like vocabulary building, sound production, turn-taking, and following directions—all through hands-on and engaging activities. These resources will allow me to create a fun and structured learning environment that supports each child’s unique needs. With your help, I can give my students the tools they need to find their voices and grow with confidence.
