Helping Our Communities Stay Healthy!

Help me give my students new stethoscopes to use while learning to take a manual blood pressure, along with new blood glucose meters to learn to check blood sugars with.

My Project

I teach students that are interested in joining the medical profession. When my students complete my course they can sit for the national CCMA - Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exam. My class allows them to learn and experience what it would be like to have a career in the medical profession. I am in need of stethoscopes and meter starter kits. I am very proud of my students and the work that they put into my program. At the end of the course 90% of students sit for the national exam (CCMA) and 95% of them pass on the first try, and those students that sit for a retest for 100% pass. I am very blessed to have so many great students interested in the medical profession. I have had students admitted to medical school, nursing school, veterinary medicine school, while some choose to work as a CCMA. I thank you for considering sponsoring my project.
