This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a first-year teacher, I’m incredibly excited to create a welcoming, engaging, and supportive learning environment for my third-grade students. This project will help me build a classroom filled with the essential materials students need to learn, grow, and thrive throughout the year.
The supplies I’m requesting—such as glue, markers, anchor charts, and experiments—will support hands-on learning and keep students actively engaged in each lesson.
These tools will allow my students to interact with the curriculum in meaningful ways: from participating in group projects to completing interactive notebooks and referencing key concepts on anchor charts.
With your support, I can ensure my students have the resources they need from day one. This will not only help them develop a deeper understanding of the content but also encourage creativity, collaboration, and confidence in the classroom.
Thank you so much for supporting my students and helping me get off to a strong start as a first-year teacher!
