Helping My Students Stay Chill With Emotional Regulation

Help me give my students support with emotional regulation including flexible seating and fidgets.

My Project

These items will allow me to further help and teach students to regulate their emotions at school. As a school psychologist, I work with both general education and special education students. These tools help students learn about different ways to regulate their body including flexible seating within my room, materials for lessons like white boards and books, different tools and activities to calm down, and different games to practice these skills in a safe environment. I can be a safe space for students in the building.

Learning to regulate their emotions and bodies not only helps them function and thrive at school, but it helps the students become successful in every aspect of their lives.

Not only will these tools, games, materials, and seating support my student's emotional regulation this year, they will be used for years to come to help many more students. I appreciate your support as I move through this school year!
