Breathing Buddies are a fun tool that help students practice deep breathing.
To use a Breathing Buddy, students lay on their backs and place a stuffed animal on their bellies. They watch the Breathing Buddy move up and down as they inhale and exhale. My K4-1st Grade students will learn to practice deep breathing using these stuffed bears as Breathing Buddies.
