My Project

What I love most about my students is their determination and the way they show up every day ready to try their best—no matter what challenges they may be facing outside the classroom. They are kind, funny, and full of potential, and they truly inspire me. I am requesting a pencil dispenser, pencil sharpener, fidget toys, small prizes, and classroom incentives to help keep them motivated, focused, and excited to learn each day.

The resources from this project—like small prizes, snacks, and other incentives—will go a long way in keeping them motivated and focused.

These rewards help celebrate their efforts, build positive habits, and encourage them to stay engaged in their learning. For me as a teacher, having these tools also means I can spend more time teaching and less time managing behavior or worrying about how to keep them motivated. It's a win for all of us!
