My students need a class set (30) of headphones with proper storage. They use these headphones almost daily for various activities around the classroom.

My Students
My school is a neighborhood public school, and part of the Turnaround Network in the School District of Philadelphia. 100% of my students are economically disadvantaged. All of my students receive free breakfast and lunch at school daily.
My students love to learn.
It does not matter if we're learning literacy, math, science, or social studies- they are always eager to hear about something new. My students are always asking questions and are so curious. My goal is to ensure that this learning can always happen, and that these questions can always be answered.
My Project
My students use headphones for so many tasks around the classroom. Last year, they used headphones almost daily for a literacy and math program called iReady. Without headphones, it would get SUPER loud. This was especially irritating because the noise distracted from the other centers and learning going on in the classroom. In addition to using the headphones for iReady, I am introducing a listening center for literacy this year. Without the headphones, all of the noise will definitely hinder the learning of other groups of students. The storage case is extremely important in order to manage these important classroom materials.
