Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Seating will be used to help kids attend circle time, manipulatives to help them count for pre-academic math skills, and letters to help them practice literacy skills. This will support them and prepare our preschoolers to enter kindergarten and give them a strong foundation to build on their academics. The children in this preschool program represent 51% role models or typical students and 49% students with special needs in an inclusive pre-k setting. The manipulatives will also help the preschoolers build their communication skills for the students who are delayed with their communication.
