Help! We Need Headphones

Help me give my students headphones. We are trying to use computer programs as much as we can, but when we do, the classroom is too noisy.

My Project

My students need headphones. We are trying to use computer programs as much as we can, but when we do, the classroom is loud and students cannot hear the program or even the teacher. Many students have experienced challenges in their lives and have difficulty coming to school and concentrating on the task at hand so learning needs to be fun and factual.

The typical student in my class reads at a second grade level and many struggle with basic number sense.

90% of our students are African American or Latino many of whom qualify to receive free or reduced-price lunch.

My students attend a Title I school and for this very reason, parents cannot afford to give a child a simple gift as going to the movie.
