This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have been subbing at my school for a while now and absolutely adore these kids. I am finally going to be teaching, however after just graduating I need the help to be able to help them. My students love to learn but need to be hands on. Recieving different manipulatives like double sided dominos, magnetic blocks, and magnetic letters will help students have fun and learn in my class!

My goal through DonorChoose is to fill my classroom with learning materials that are engaging!

Items like dice, whiteboards, and whiteboard markers have endless use and can be used so creative throughout the classroom. The hole puncher and laminated will help me stay organized and be able to reuse things next year and hopefully many years to come! The write and wipe set is great tool for students to start tracing and slowly start working up to writing things on their own. A specific use for these would be for learning how to trace their letters and writing their name! Truly each and every single one of the items would help me create a classroom full of students who are learning and having fun!
