Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting books that students will love to read. Children are very curious and high-quality books that are interesting will encourage even the developing reader to keep exploring words.
More exploration brings more reading recognition, more comprehension and eventually helps students grow into loving reading.
I want to add more graphic novels to our school library. The students ask me all the time for Dog Man books and Dr. Seuss books to read. The students love reading graphic novels. I am trying to get our library with more books that the students will be able to read and enjoy.
