My Students

Help us have a place to call our own! Students from kindergarten through 5th grade that receive resource services are who I call my students. These students come from very different walks of life and need that extra push for academic success. Each of my students has special needs that affect their ability to learn.

When my students come to class, they are able to see growth because academics are focused at their ability levels.

My students struggle within their general education settings among their peers.

My Project

Currently, all of my students share a space to store their belongings. Each grade level has one bin that is shared by 4-6 students. The requested bins in this project would allow me to give each student a place to put all of their supplies that they use throughout the day. Often times supplies are confused with others and at times come up missing. Students work hard to keep their things together, but sharing makes that difficult. This would eliminate all of those problems. Students would have a designated space of their very own to put their daily supplies in. This would help with independence and organization skills.
