My Students

"A thirst for knowledge!" I want my students to learn to dive deeper into text and dig into comprehension! My students enjoy reading various types of books and other materials, but they've struggled with comprehension! This bundle will provide a fun and easy way so that all students are successful!

My students are a bright, energetic group of seven and eight year olds.

They are enthusiastic about learning new things. Sometimes that pure excitement overshadows their understanding of the text. I want the students to analyze the text and really get the gist of the author's purpose for writing!

My Project

My students will have the opportunity to utilize the materials in both small group and whole group. Once they master the concept the rest is easy! I'm excited about all the possibilities and success stories I will be able to share! I would like them to master the strategies of comprehending text and analyzing text.

Donations to this project will improve my students overall knowledge of reading and comprehending.

With many state standards focusing on comprehension, I want my students to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to conquer any standardized assessment.
