it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Children are like sponges, absorbing the world around them and constantly learning. In this process of growth and development, positive reinforcement plays a pivotal role. It serves as a beacon of encouragement and motivation, guiding children toward desired behaviors and goals.
Positive reinforcers are important in shaping children's behavior and their journey towards accomplishing expected goals.
Positive reinforcement is a fundamental principle in psychology that involves rewarding desired behaviors to increase their frequency or likelihood of occurrence. In the context of children, it means acknowledging and rewarding their positive actions, attitudes, and achievements. These rewards can take various forms, such as verbal praise, tangible rewards, privileges, or even a simple smile and nod of approval. I am asking for some crackers, snacks and sensory toys (sensory rings, etc.) to be used for positive reinforcement in our classroom.
