This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Having access to a classroom printer is essential for any teacher. As a 2nd grade teacher with more than half of my students being English Language Learners, having access to a printer in my classroom has many benefits. I am always looking for supplemental resources to make learning more engaging and fun for my students. Being able to have a printer in the classroom is convenient and provides a reliable source of printing at any time.
The Epson EcoTank printer will allow me to print resources at any time and in color, thus making images come to life and engaging for my 2nd grade students to look at.
Having a working printer is important for teachers. I am always on the hunt for extra materials to spice up learning and keep things fun for our students. Having one right in the classroom is a game-changer.
There are many times when the school printer is out of ink or out of service which impacts my ability to provide much needed materials in the classroom or for students to use at home. With a printer in my classroom, there will be no more worrying about the school printer being out of ink or on the fritz.
The Epson EcoTank printer will allow me to print whenever I need to, and in color which is something that can't be done on the school printer. This printer will not just be used for everyday stuff. I will be using it to print learning posters certificates, and photos of the students working hard in the classroom. This printer will be an asset for years to come.
