My students are inquisitive children who are ready for learning! Many of them have never been in a classroom before. Kindergarten is a year where they learn what school is all about. They grow socially and academically throughout the year. We build the foundation for their future.
In Kindergarten, I want to build a love for learning.
This experience will set a precedent for the rest of their school years. I want students to learn that school is a safe place where they can take risks and grow.
My Project
Organization is key to running a classroom. Students need to be able to work without being surrounded by clutter. However, this is easier said than done.
Kindergarten classrooms need many different materials to keep learning fun and exciting.
In order to keep clutter out of the classroom, I need storage containers to help organize our monthly center materials. These materials include dramatic play items, word works, and other learning games that match our different themes throughout the year.
Storage containers will ensure that I am able to change out our center materials monthly, while maintaining an uncluttered space for students to learn.
