My Students
My students are a diverse group of 4th and 5th graders in a small K-8 school. They have a vast array of abilities, passions, concerns, and curiosities, and they take great interest in directing their own learning. Our school strives to provide a positive, safe learning environment for all students, and we employ project-based learning and promote deep self-reflection to push our students. Half of our students are English learners and 70% receive free or reduced-price lunches. Most of all, they are enthusiastic learners always working to be their best selves, in and out of the classroom.

Teaching and learning resources are always needed in our room.
We are so lucky to have a big, comfy carpet in our room. Unfortunately, it does not have spots to sit on. Looking for our spots can take away from out learning time. Please support us in making our carpet time even more magical with Sitspots. Another tool that will support us in always being prepared learners are our pencil holders. These will affix our pencils right to the desk so we never have to search for our writing tools.
