This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am seeking support to provide my students with storage bins and folders to foster organization and independence in their learning.

These tools will help them manage their materials and maintain a clean and functional classroom environment, allowing us to focus more on educational activities and less on managing clutter.

These storage bins and folders will play a crucial role in teaching my young students organizational skills from an early age. Having dedicated spaces for their belongings will help them learn to take responsibility for their materials, boosting their independence and giving them confidence in handling their own work. This structure will make it easier for students to access resources, minimizing distractions and making our classroom a more productive space.

My goal is for students to understand the importance of order and responsibility in their daily lives, a skill that will serve them beyond the classroom and promote independence.

My students are eager, bright, and always excited to learn. Each day, they bring a fresh enthusiasm that fills our classroom with energy and curiosity. Coming from diverse backgrounds, they each bring unique perspectives and a willingness to embrace new skills. Supporting these young minds in building essential skills now will set them up for lifelong success.
