My students are amazing!
They come from very diverse backgrounds. My class includes English language learners, special education students, general education students and gifted and talented students. They are silly and goofy and sometimes forget their manners. They are kind and sweet and amaze me everyday with their observations and their desire to learn.
My Project
My students are so creative and so inquisitive that honestly, I am not exactly sure how they will use these incredible MaKey MaKey devices yet. These kits include alligator clips that they attach to a circuit board to create new and interesting things. I am sure anything I can imagine will be put to shame by what these kids can come up with. I just want to get them into their hands to see what they can do with them!
Children learn by doing.
We NEED our next generation to think outside the box, problem solve and CREATE! I believe that these MaKey Makey devices will help my students get started in this direction!
