My students need an iPad to bring learning to life. My students need binders, bins and a mobile book organizer to display all of our book bins.

My Students

My students deserve to experience reading and phonics through technology. They deserve the opportunity to have a selection of books to choose from.

My students are a sweet bunch of kids!

They love learning and come to school eager to learn each day. Each one of them has their own special contribution that they bring to our classroom community. Our school is located in a rural part of Florida. The school is in a low-income community that is involved in every way possible. The parents of my students truly care for their child's education and do everything they can to support our classroom and school.

My Project

I am requesting an iPad mini to use in my classroom for the purpose of creating an inspiring, hands on learning experience. There are tons of educational apps (many that are free!) that are proven to be highly effective in education. I would be able to use this resource as a whole group, small group, and for one-on-one instruction. My students would truly benefit from this resource. I am also requesting a book organizer for my classroom. Right now, my book bins are laying along the wall on the floor. My students would be able to see all of their book options a lot better if they had this organized cart. My students would be able to track their own goals and assessment data if they each had a binder. I am hoping to get all of their binders set up so they can follow along with their learning and track their progress throughout the year.

My students come in every day with a huge smile on their faces.

As their teacher, I want to make sure I am doing everything I can to better their learning experience. I know my students would enjoy learning, even more than they do now, if I had all of these resources in my classroom. Any donation is GREATLY appreciated!
