My students need alternate ways to sit while working. In this request there are three different colored Wobble Chairs that show that this helps increase focus.

My Students

During the day students work in many different areas of the classroom. The seats I am requesting will make learning fun in centers and students will rotate through the centers so that they all have the opportunity to use them. Alternate seating is motivating to students.

I currently have 18 students with varying abilities who are all growing at their own speed.

They are excited to learn and love trying different things. They find motivation in expanding their horizons. Students enjoy being able to use our classroom in flexible ways. We lay on the floor, we sit in chairs, we stand, and we move all day long. Our school is in a rural area.

My Project

The students will be able to use these materials during center and all learning times. These Wobble chairs will allow students to get in movement during learning times. They will be able to focus due to the emphasis this puts on using their core muscles. Students will find this motivating.

The possibilities for these chairs is endless!

It will make learning fun. Students will show more excitement when it is their turn to get to the part of the room that has these chairs.
