My Project

Help Me Build a Supportive and Inspiring 5th Grade Classroom.

As a first-year teacher, I’m starting from scratch and working hard to create a classroom where my 5th graders feel supported, excited, and ready to learn each day.

My students are creative, kind, and full of potential. Many face challenges outside of school, but they show up eager to learn and grow.

My goal is to create a space that’s engaging, inclusive, and well-equipped for all learners. The materials I’m requesting—like flexible seating, high-interest books, hands-on math tools, and basic classroom supplies—will help students focus, stay motivated, and connect more deeply with what they’re learning.

These tools will help me build the kind of classroom every child deserves—one that feels like home and inspires a love of learning.
