This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of our students are English language learners who bring lots of individuality to our class. They strive to learn and communicate with each other in meaningful ways. They are kind, curious and eager to engage with the world.
These materials will promote talk and social development through dramatic play.
Students will use the wooden house furniture to role play and practice pragmatic skills.
By supporting our project, you will be helping students to wonder about various homes and habitats. They will develop their imagination and creativity while playing with the animals and expanding their use of vocabulary. These skills are imperative for academic success.
