My Project

My students, over the last few years, have generated a curiosity associated with the National Parks of America. With that being said, my students have stated that they want to learn about the beautiful and historic parks. My students with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual, and emotional disabilities are so thirsty to learn about the parks that we have discussions about them regularly. As their science teacher, the national parks allow my students to learn across many topics, and this will be a defining theme in our classroom! In this unit and projects that they will complete, my students will learn skills that will transition them to the workforce upon graduation! Thank you so much for thinking about my students!
