My Project

My students are passionate learners! With a wide range of interests and abilities, choice provides a solution to reach all students. Electrical outlets are a limiting resource in our classroom. More charging options and cordless tools will increase student productivity. Stocking up on common resources will strengthen student agency in the classroom.

To prevent gaps in learning opportunities, I need to ensure that we have an adequate inventory of the materials required to carry out STEM coding challenges and STEM/STEAM building activities in our computer science classes.

My students are creative and embrace each opportunity to collaborate and problem solve with cardboard engineering challenges, during their STEAM unit. Stocking up on hot glue guns, hot glue sticks, and charging banks will guarantee that the students have agency in their learning activities without disruption from the classroom supply chain. Cordless glue guns will provide additional tools that do not need outlets. The power banks with long cords will allow us to access two outlets in the ceiling to set up additional charging stations for the cordless glue guns and student Chromebooks.
