This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Ready for our Glow Up! Student Government Mixers and Events
Student Government is responsible for organizing and hosting various mixers, dances, and events throughout the school year.
We set the tone for school culture and positive interaction.
We are requesting blacklights, glow sticks, neon-colored accessories, and other glow-in-the-dark decorations to help us achieve our vision of truly memorable and fun events for our school community such as our Welcome Back Fiesta, and Halloween Dance.
Your support will help us create core memories and unforgettable experiences for our classmates. These first events will contribute to the overall success of our Student Government events for the year.
The events calendar for next year is going to be the stage upon which the students practice public speaking, peer engagement, leadership, applied math skills for fundraising, goal setting, promotion, and graphic design.
The Glow decor supplies will be used at our social mixers in the cafeteria and dances in the gym.
