This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are brilliant polyglots who are all working hard to improve their English reading, speaking, and listening skills. My current set of headphones is ancient and low quality and students have a hard time hearing through them.

It's tremendously supportive for English Learners to be able to listen to a text while they read it to improve their vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension.

I need to fully replace my set of headphones so every student can use a functional pair.

By donating to this project, you'll fund a set of high-quality headphones for each student that can be easily cleaned in between classes. Also, you'll help me provide snacks for them when they need a mid-morning or early afternoon boost, or if they didn't get breakfast at home.
