This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach a critical thinking class with a great mix of wonderful students.
Our school is an academically rigorous program that demands a great deal from our students.
The students in my critical thinking class are an excellent group that enjoys finding interesting solutions to a number of different kinds of problems. In general, I find that they love to make things.
My Project
Your donation will allow these students to visit the Miami Mini Maker Faire and see all the great makers we have here in Miami. Students will get to see 3D printers, augmented reality units, unique musical instruments, and participate in many fun activities.
The ability to make things is important.
Getting to see all the incredible things that people make in our community will encourage our students to create incredible things. Thank you very much for your support!
