Help me give my students pencil pouches for their supplies, supply caddies for their tables, a paper cutter to trim projects, and a label maker to label their supplies.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are amazing! The school we are at is a Title I funded school in Arizona. We have a fantastic administration, wonderful teammates, and the best students! My students are very hard workers and also know how to have fun. I wouldn't trade them for anything. I love seeing their faces every morning.
My students have a desire to learn.
They always want to know more, learn more, do more, and read more of everything. Our classroom is our own little family.
My Project
My students need to use supplies in different classes such as art, math, STEM, and reading. We want to make sure that they aren't sharing items because of passing germs back and forth.
These pencil pouches and clipboards will allow students to have their own supplies stored and kept with them, free of others germs.
The label maker will ensure that each item the student has is marked as theirs, so that it is kept only with them to keep them safe. While sharing is important, we want to ensure that students aren't touching each others supplies during this time.
