My Project

"Can we have more reading time?", "Can I take this book home to finish?", "Oooh, I love this book!" My students LOVE to read! We have readers at all different starting points. It is essential to me that every student has books to support their just right reading. We need more decodable books for emerging readers to get them hooked on reading!

Decodable texts are incredibly important because they encourage emerging readers and start a love of reading right away!

A wide range of decodable books ensure that every student can practice what they are learning right away during independent time!

My goal is to ensure that every student feels successful and excited about reading this year. Your support will help give these decodable texts to students that need them.
