Help me give my students a bookshelf, floor tiles, a dexterity board and other resources for a new and improved sensory room at my school!

My Project

Thank you to everyone who donated to our last project and helped us get new materials for our sensory room. We have a couple other requests, and would be so appreciative for any more help.

We are looking for a bookshelf, liquid floor tiles, a dexterity board and and other supplies for our space.

A sensory room is a specially designed space that provides controlled sensory experiences to help individuals engage with their senses, develop, and regulate their responses. Sensory rooms can have many benefits, including reducing sensory overload, improving focus and attention, promoting communication and social interaction, fostering development of motor skills, and decreasing stress and anxiety. We have a great space, we just need some help with the finishing touches to make this space the best it can be.

We hope that we can start off the 2025-2026 school year with a safe, fun, and interactive environment for all students. We thank you so much for your consideration!
