This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goal for this project is to provide our students with a sensory area where they can participate in sand and water play, as well as engaging learning toys like the Magna-Tiles. I'm hoping these items will fulfill their sensory needs as well as encourage peer interaction.
Having a sand sensory set and a clear basket for water play will create a joyful learning environment where our students can develop social-emotional skills.
Letter and number toys will build math and Literacy skills.
I believe these items will help in motivating our students as they learn new skills throughout the day. Our class will appreciate your donations as we go into the new school year.
