This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The world would be a more colorful place with smelly markers! I teach 2nd grade with half of my classroom being made up of ESL (English as a Second Language) students. We are a low-income school so my students don't have markers to use when it comes to classroom projects.
We LOVE to color, what kid doesn't? The problem is we don't have markers to express ourselves. I would love to have enough markers to pass around to all of my 30 students.
We need markers, smelly ones make us smile, to create colorful artwork and projects. We need enough for a classroom of 30 students.
Your help would make it possible for my students to express themselves in a fun, smelly way! My students and I would be so grateful if you could help make learning fun for us!
