My Project

Help us to dream big with new and exciting biographies! Elementary students love to learn about famous people. Whether they are known for inventing, science, government, sports, entertaining, exploring, pioneers in their fields, or extraordinary in other ways, kids want to learn about them.

Our K-5 library is lacking in current biographies about modern figures with interesting graphics the children of today crave.

Please help us acquire a new set to enjoy.

Students in grades 2 through 5 will utilize these books. What's more, our fourth graders put on a wax museum each Spring by dressing the part and learning and reciting many facts about their "famous figure". They don't use the internet to research these facts, they use BOOKS!
