My Students

What doesn't make my students special?! I love that my students show up to school to really learn and put their best efforts forward, even during this hard time of virtual learning. Each one of them is such a unique individual and each one of them really brings something special to my day.

Our classroom is filled with so much love and joy that we consider each other family.

My students enjoy hands on activities and they are very self-sufficient. They challenge themselves to reach their goals everyday.

My Project

Now that I have been teaching virtually for a while I see how lacking the science platform is online. It is harder to do experiments and have the proper visuals.

Our world is in dire need of kids who are passionate about the Earth and our climate crisis.

How can I make my kids truly care without the right inspiration?

With this GoPro and supplies I can make science videos with real nature around us and give my students the quality instruction they need at home and to promote caring about the environment and animals around them.

I can bring the environment, experiments, and experiences to them in a time when we can't (as an entire class) go out and learn in the world.
