This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am seeking items as I reinvigorate my classroom space from social studies to an inclusive space for my young professionals.
As the new teacher for CTE Work-Based Learning, I’m excited to breathe new life into our classroom and make it a place where students can thrive in a professional and engaging environment.
With your support, we can transform our space into a modern, office-like setting that fosters learning and collaboration. Here’s a glimpse into what we hope to achieve:
1. Aesthetic Enhancements: We plan to add some beautiful greenery and ambient lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. By incorporating elements like artificial ivy and string lights, we aim to create a visually appealing environment that helps students feel motivated and inspired.
2. Essential Power Solutions: To ensure that all our devices are efficiently powered, we need a versatile power strip with multiple outlets and USB ports. This will allow students to charge their laptops, tablets, and phones all in one place, which is crucial for both individual work and group projects.
3. Modern Learning Tools: We’re investing in a compact, adjustable desk that can accommodate various work styles, whether standing or sitting. This desk will help us set up a flexible workspace where students can work comfortably on their assignments and projects.
4. Engaging Classroom Decor: We’re also looking to update our bulletin board with a fresh, dynamic design. This new look will help us display important information, celebrate achievements, and keep the space lively and engaging.
