My Students
Do you remember how frustrating it is to be coloring a project, and the color you need is missing? Our students have very limited selection of colors for our Makerbot 3D printer projects, we want to add new colors!
Our students come from a variety of backgrounds, and the families are involved with the education of their students.
Although we are technically in an urban area, we are on the fringe. In fact, a few blocks from the school you will find pastures and cows! The students come to school wanting to learn. The families struggle more and more each year due to the economy, but are very hard working individuals. Our free and reduced numbers have risen each year.
Our school has high expectations for our students, and therefore the students have high expectations of themselves. The staff work very closely together and truly use the philosophy that it takes a village to raise a child. The staff all take students under their wing when they have academic or personal struggles.
My Project
Our students and staff have so many ideas on how to use the Makerbot 3D printer, but they really would like to have some more color choices. This project would add several more colors to our selection so that the projects can be more colorful and creative.
Having more colors to select from will really add to the fun and creativity of our Makerbot projects!
