My Project

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn in a classroom filled with the tools they need to succeed. Unfortunately, many classrooms across the country—including ours—lack essential supplies due to limited funding. That’s where your generosity can make a life-changing difference.

We’ve created this DonorsChoose project to help stock our classroom with the basic supplies students need every day—things like pens, specialty paper, art materials, organizational tools, and cleaning supplies These are not luxury items—they’re the foundation of an effective and engaging learning environment.

When students have access to quality supplies, they come to class more prepared, more confident, and more motivated. They’re better able to express themselves, complete assignments, collaborate with peers, and take ownership of their education. In contrast, when supplies are missing or scarce, students are often forced to work with inadequate or shared materials, which can lead to frustration and missed opportunities for growth.

Many of our students come from communities where families are already doing their best to support their children despite economic hardship. Instead of asking families to carry the burden, we’re reaching out to compassionate donors like you—individuals who believe that every student deserves a fair shot at success, no matter their ZIP code.
