My Students
My first graders are outspoken, smart, curious, and hard-working. They have worked really hard and showed great strength and resilience during such unprecedented times. Some students have a learning disability and require additional resources and accommodations to support their academic growth and success.
My Project
Students in my classroom love independent reading time every morning, however their choices are limited to none.
I have many students who are beginner readers but my classroom library does not boast the quality books my students need in order to remain engaged.
It’s time to add some spark to their choices and imagination.
These books will also help my students who have no book options at home; they will be able to borrow books from the library and take home. Let’s book their next imagination with a leveled reading book.
