Help me give my students the ability to sit and be comfortable, while not being able to move around the room. Also, our kids need a lot of reinforcement of pervious skills since their kindergarten year was interrupted.

My Students
Our first grade is made up of 32 general education students and students with special needs. Most come from homes with parents who speak another language. Our amazing new 6-year-olds have not been in a classroom for the past 6 months due to Covid-19. Now they are entering school for another year during these unprecedented times, and have to adapt to new norms. Some students will be learning in a fully remote environment, but will still need the same tools that they would receive in school.
My Project
Our students are ready and eager to learn! They had an interrupted kindergarten year so there are many skills that we need to go back and review and teach. We want to make sure that this is done in an enjoyable setting because we are constantly considering their social emotional needs. We want them to have daily learning practice, as well as topics to communicate with their peers.
When our kids walk in to school we want to make sure that they are in a safe environment where they can learn and thrive!!!
