My Project
The purchase of a banjo for my professional development will also benefit my students. I currently teach my students about the guitar, the Appalachian dulcimer, the spoons and the washboard but I would love to be able to learn to play some banjo for my students too! I have included a request for an instruction booklet as well so that I can teach myself some basic techniques to show my students. The students in 3rd grade learn to play some basic folk tunes on the Appalachian dulcimer but would like see and hear a banjo too.
