Help the Hi-Steppers Get Receive Some Must Needed Technique Equipment
Help me give my students give my dancers the ability to learn technique and stretch safely with kinetic bands and yoga blocks. Thank you for supporting a great team!
The Hi-Steppers are a group of girls that have come together to create a dance team for our middle school. Some have dance back ground and some do not. My goal as their Drill Team coach is to provide them with some technique to build their confidence in themselves that they become not only a good dancer but a great student. They are to show respect on the dance floor and in the classroom at all times. We work hard all year around performing for football games, pep rallies, basketball games and competition.
This equipment will help the dancers focus on their flexibility and technique that will help improve their leaps and turns.
Some dancers will go from only having single turns to doubles and their leaps will become higher.
We have a dance that will include the 1920's novelty cane this year and are excited to experience this new type of dance with this team. Most have not done a dance with a prop before.
